Morris, Nancy Jane
Nancy Jane Morris 76 of Lincoln, NE passed away on April 5, 2018. Member of
First Lutheran Church, Acoustic Neuroma Association, Arbor Day Society and
Stephen Ministry. Retired Medical Secretary, 1959 graduate of Lincoln High
School, Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Canyon College and attended the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Survivors include husband Clayton Richard “Dick”
Morris of Lincoln, NE, Son Clayton Richard (Melissa) Morris Jr. of Maple Valley,
WA, brother-in-law Maurice Hawthorne of Wilburton, OK, Sister-in-law Florence
(Walter) Weber of Doylestown, PA, cousins Fred Way Jr. of Trumbull, NE, Betty
Schleiger of Greeley, CO, Richard Way of Lincoln. Special friends Byron and
Janis Darrington of Lincoln. Celebration of Nancy’s Life will be Tuesday, April
10, 2018 at 11:00am at First Lutheran Church, 1551 South 70th Street. Family
will greet friends from 10-11am at the church. Memorials to First Lutheran
Church Building Fund, American Heart Association and the Hospice Program of your
choice in memory of Nancy.
